PDF Maker transforms an Android device into a portable document scanner and PDF creator. AI-powered smart detection frames documents automatically, enhances text, and removes shadows to produce crystal-clear PDFs from receipts, notes, invoices, and whiteboards. Documents are processed entirely on-device — your files are never uploaded to any server — and a PIN-protected Secure Vault keeps sensitive documents private.

What never happens
- We never collect, access, or store your documents, images, PDFs, or any file content
- Your files are never uploaded to any server — all AI processing happens on-device
- No account, name, email, or phone number is required or collected
- No location or microphone access is requested
Permissions it asks for
- Camera — Required to scan documents. Camera frames are processed on-device and never uploaded.
- Photos & Media — Required to convert gallery photos to PDF and to save your finished PDFs.
- Internet — Used for the Web-to-PDF feature, ML Kit model downloads, Firebase services, and ads — never to transfer your documents.
- Notifications — On Android 13+, used to show the status of scanning and conversion operations.
